What certifications or experience do you have?
Unfortunately, many online trainers or coaches lack certification from any nationally or internationally recognized institutions. Personally, I bring over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, including competing in both Italian and International Fitness and Figure Competitions. I am a former IFBB international fitness and bikini athlete, certified by CONI in Italy, and I am currently in the process of obtaining my ISSA certification in the US. My qualifications extend beyond professional certifications; I have firsthand experience with post-partum diastasis recti and umbilical hernia, which I successfully overcame. This unique experience enables me to effectively treat these conditions in both women and men, offering a specialized approach to fitness and recovery.
What if I don't have or want a gym membership?
One of the many benefits of working with Aisha’s Muscle and Grub is our ability to tailor a program that fits your unique lifestyle and resources. Whether you travel frequently, have a demanding schedule, or prefer to avoid commercial gyms, I can create a program that works for you. While a gym membership offers the greatest versatility and variety in your training, it’s not essential for success. I encourage my clients to have basic equipment like resistance bands, a stability ball, and some dumbbells, so we can design a highly effective resistance training regimen that delivers results, no matter where you are.
What if I travel frequently?
Many clients of Muscle and Grub are frequent travelers or take regular vacations. I will develop full bodyweight exercise routines for those times when you're away, ensuring you stay on track no matter where you are. I'll be there to coach and motivate you, regardless of your location, so your progress never skips a beat.

I firmly believe that if you show up every day, follow the structure of the program, and put in the work, the results will be inevitable. How long does it take to get my program after I enroll?
My goal is to have all new client programs built, loaded, and reviewed within 48-72 hours after you enroll and complete the new client profile questionnaire and PAR-Q. Occasionally, a new client may have highly specific needs or conditions that require an additional day or two, but that’s the exception, not the rule.

How long until I see results?
Results depend on many factors, including genetic disposition, physiological adaptation to the exercises, previous workout experience, total effort applied to the program, proper caloric intake, and adherence to nutrition guidelines, among several other factors.
As a general example for fat loss, males can safely lose up to 1.5-2 lbs of fat per week, while females can expect to lose 1-1.5 lbs of fat per week.
Do you also work with physique, figure, or bikini competitors?
Most definitely! As an ex IFBB figure and bikini athlete with extensive experience coaching several fitness competitors, I can work with you on a higher level of programming tailored to your specific goals.
If I'm a client, can I ask my trainer questions at any time?
I strongly encourage open communication between clients and trainers. One of the key benefits of working with Aisha's Muscle and Grub is the ability to message your trainer directly through the mobile app, available 7 days a week! In addition to messaging, we offer email support and weekly group coaching calls.
